HVAC system maintenance in corporate buildings in Buenos Aires
Specialized Service

HVAC & Climate Control

Comprehensive maintenance of climate systems to ensure comfort, energy efficiency and operational continuity for your facilities.

What professional HVAC maintenance involves

HVAC maintenance combines preventive and corrective work on climate control, ventilation and air treatment equipment. A well-designed program includes periodic inspections, component cleaning, pressure and temperature checks, sensor calibration, and planned replacement of parts with predictable wear, preventing failures that disrupt the building's operation.

At URBANARC we combine technical diagnosis, intervention planning and execution with our own personnel so that every system —from a central chiller to a floor-level AHU— operates within its design parameters throughout its lifecycle. The goal isn't just fixing what fails, but anticipating wear and sustaining the system's energy efficiency over time.

How we work

01

Initial assessment

We conduct a comprehensive technical survey of all climate systems, documenting condition, age and required interventions.

02

Maintenance plan

We design a customized preventive maintenance program with visit schedules, critical spare parts and intervention protocols.

03

Execution and reporting

We execute the plan with certified personnel and deliver detailed reports for each intervention, including system performance indicators.

Frequently asked questions

How often does a chiller need maintenance? +

Most manufacturers recommend monthly routine inspections and a major service once or twice a year, depending on operating hours and site conditions. Our plans adjust frequency based on equipment type, age and the facility's criticality.

Do you do both preventive and corrective maintenance, or only repairs? +

Both. Most of the program is preventive —to anticipate failures and sustain performance— but we also have technicians available for corrective interventions when something unexpected comes up.

What's the difference between a VRV/VRF system and a central chiller? +

A VRV/VRF system distributes refrigerant directly to multiple indoor units with zoned control, ideal for mixed-use buildings. A chiller centralizes chilled water production and distributes it through piping to air handling units, typical in large corporate towers. We assess which applies based on the existing installation.

Can you work with equipment you didn't install? +

Yes. We survey the existing installation, document the brand, model and condition of each unit, and design the maintenance plan around what's already installed, without needing to replace equipment that's in good condition.

What does emergency response include? +

For a failure affecting the building's operation, we respond with our own technicians in under 2 hours, prioritizing critical systems until normal operation is restored.
