Professional Cleaning

It's URBANARC's own staff, with no subcontracting: they are part of the company's team of more than 800 in-house professionals, with continuous training and current civil liability insurance. For each building we assemble a dedicated work team with on-site supervision, which controls service quality through daily verification checklists and periodic audits. Working with our own staff gives us three things an outsourced model doesn't guarantee: continuity of the same team at the building, with no dependence on rotating personnel; traceability of who performed which task and when; and the ability to adjust frequencies to the real use of each space. Training in the safe handling of chemicals and equipment, and insurance coverage, are URBANARC's responsibility.

Frequency is set according to how each space is actually used, not with a generic grid. A corporate cleaning plan distinguishes three levels: daily tasks (desks, restrooms, corporate kitchens, meeting rooms and common areas), periodic tasks on a weekly or biweekly basis for deeper cleaning, and specific schedules for floor treatment (stripping, waxing, crystallization) and high-level glass cleaning. Frequencies come out of the initial survey, in which we visit the facilities to assess surfaces, foot traffic and special requirements, and they are documented in the proposal. Once the service is running, the on-site supervisor records compliance in daily verification checklists, and periodic quality audits let us adjust frequency when the use of an area changes, for instance if a floor becomes more heavily occupied.

Yes. We work with biodegradable, certified products, selected according to the type of surface and the level of sanitization each area requires. For sanitization and disinfection in high-traffic spaces, clean rooms and regulated environments we use EPA and ANMAT-certified products; for industrial cleaning in warehouses and plants, approved industrial products and high-pressure equipment; and for floor treatment, products specific to marble, porcelain, vinyl and other surfaces. Staff receive continuous training in the safe use of chemicals and equipment. The use of biodegradable products is part of the sustainability criteria URBANARC builds into every contract, alongside energy consumption monitoring and waste reduction.

Yes. Flexible scheduling is one of the core benefits of the service: we adjust cleaning shifts to minimize disruption to your company's operations, including night or weekend shifts when the building requires it. This allows daily office tasks to be carried out outside working hours, and higher-impact tasks such as floor treatment, stripping and waxing or high-level glass cleaning to be scheduled for weekends. The shift pattern is defined during the initial survey together with the frequencies, and it is documented in the proposal. Because the staff are in-house and have dedicated supervision, work outside office hours is held to the same quality control as daytime work, with the same verification checklists.

Cleaning removes visible dirt from surfaces, floors and furniture; sanitization reduces microbial load using specific products and protocols. They are distinct stages: sanitization is applied to a surface that has already been cleaned, because disinfectants don't work properly on accumulated dirt. At URBANARC, cleaning is part of the daily and periodic plan for every building; sanitization and disinfection are added in high-traffic spaces, clean rooms and regulated environments, with EPA and ANMAT-certified products and written protocols. We also apply it as deep cleaning in specific cases, such as duct sanitization. For buildings with regulated areas, such as laboratories, we work with certified protocols so that each application is traceable.
