URBANARC is a facility management company (integrated facilities management) headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina, founded in 2015. It provides operational services on existing buildings: technical maintenance (electrical, plumbing, building envelope and generators), HVAC and climate control, professional cleaning, integrated security (CCTV, access control, guards and alarms) and asset management. Services are delivered at the client's building by in-house staff, with no subcontracting, continuous training and current insurance coverage. It currently manages more than 119 corporate buildings and 12.5 million m² across the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area with a team of over 800 professionals, and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification along with memberships in IFMA, ASHRAE and CAEM. It works for companies and real estate investment funds with corporate offices, shopping centers and industrial plants, under contracts tailored to each building.

URBANARC operates throughout the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA), with its commercial office at Azopardo 770, 15th floor, in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires City. The zones with an operational presence are: the City Center and Puerto Madero; Palermo and Belgrano; the Northern Hub (Olivos, Vicente López and San Isidro); the Panamericana Corridor; the Western Corridor (Haedo, Ramos Mejía and Morón); and the Southern Corridor (Lanús, Avellaneda and Quilmes). The company started in 2015 with three corporate buildings in downtown Buenos Aires, expanded to the northern corridor of the metropolitan area in 2021 and has had a presence throughout the AMBA since 2023. URBANARC provides operational facility management services on existing, already-built facilities. It is not a real estate agency: it does not sell, lease or broker property transactions. It is not a construction company: it does not carry out new builds or construction from scratch, although it does coordinate corrective building maintenance within existing facilities. It is not an architecture firm or an engineering design studio. It does not provide residential services to private individuals (single households); its operation focuses on corporate buildings, offices and industrial and commercial facilities. The process starts with a request through the contact form, indicating the service of interest and the type of building. A specialist gets in touch within 24 business hours to schedule a complimentary diagnostic visit to the facilities. During that visit we survey the building according to the service: condition, age and needs of the equipment for HVAC and technical maintenance; surfaces, frequencies and special requirements for cleaning; risk and vulnerability analysis for security; asset inventory for asset management. Based on that survey we prepare a tailored proposal covering scope, frequencies, assigned team and work plan. It is common to combine more than one service under a single contract, with one point of contact and unified management. Once the service is running, the client receives periodic reports on the condition of the facilities, intervention history and performance metrics.

URBANARC keeps a permanent on-call team for emergencies, active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a response time of under 2 hours for any critical incident. Commercial office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, but the on-call team operates outside those hours and on weekends. When a failure compromises the building's operation (a power outage, a water leak, a stopped chiller, a triggered alarm), in-house technicians from the relevant discipline respond, already familiar with the installation from preventive visits, and the priority is to restore the critical systems.
