Our story

URBANARC was founded in 2015 with a clear conviction: companies deserve a facility management partner that behaves as part of their organization, not as an external vendor. We started with three corporate buildings in the Buenos Aires city center and, over the course of a decade, grew to manage more than 119 buildings across Buenos Aires and the metropolitan area. Our growth was always organic, sustained by the trust of our clients and a team of over 800 professionals committed to operational excellence.
